Our villa of 240 m² is located in Salobre Golf in a private urbanisation. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 people. It has a communal pool in the complex with sun loungers and outdoor furniture and beautiful views of the golf course, the mountains and the sea.
It is distributed as follows:
Upper floor:
On this floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double with terrace and views to the golf course, private bathroom with shower and dressing room; the other bedroom has a single bed.
On the lower floor is the living-dining room with direct access to the garden. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
On this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, direct access to the garden and a bathroom right next to it.
One of the highlights is the garden/terrace. It is very spacious and is equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals outside.
In addition, the villa has internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 TV, radio.
